It's official, Ai no Kusabi is due for release next fall as a 13 episode TV series!

For those of you who don't know, Ai no Kusabi is like the Holy Grail of Yaoi. It is THE film to start and end it all. "Epic" is used by fangirls everywhere to describe this sacred trinity of ass loving. When the name of Ai no Kusabi is mentioned at yaoi panels and conventions, it is often met with the sort of serious resonance not at all unlike religious prayer. This is quickly followed by pitch defying squeals of delight.

And now there will be more!

You can find the official website here> ainokusabi.jp/

Well, the snow has finally arrived and I already wish it was gone.

Yes, it's really pretty.

Yes, we will actually be having a 'white Christmas' like I always wanted as a child.

But it's also really, really not fun to drive in.

Friday after noon I drove home through one of the worst snow storms we've had in a long time. The streets hadn't been plowed yet but my boss wanted all of us to leave before it got dark- and I'm glad he did because driving home that night is ranking high as one of the scariest things I've ever done.

My car is really light weight and only one back tire moves. I'm forgetting the word for that but basically it means that I slide like crazy in any kind of rough weather.

This morning I ended up in a snowdrift after hitting a patch of black ice. Luckily, the car is fine but I ended up being two hours late for work and slightly damp from digging the car out. On the bright side, two really nice guys stopped and helped me dig her out and the guy who lives across the street let me use his cell phone to call my mom. Of course, today was the one day I forgot my cell phone at home. Murphy's law.

Anyway, it's been pretty clear since about two years ago when I had my first accident on New Years Eve, (again after a snow storm), that snow and I are not the best of driving friends. So come on Santa, help me out here and give me a mild winter. My car will thank for for it and so will I.
